If you go onto their website and track the following shipment: W407 4960 993.3 packages successfully delivered but the 4th has done 3 full round trips from Italy to the UK and shows no signs of stopping.Would anyone like to take a guess how many circuits it will do before they finally realize their mistake and deliver it?

Stopbadware.org has released its latest findings on the prevalence of what it refers to as "badware," and the upward trend is not surprising. What is a bit startling, however, is how much of it flows from just one nation.

A week ago the minority federal government of Canada, and Industry Minister Jim Prentice, tabled an amendment to the Copyright Act. Entitled Bill C-61, its purpose is to bring Canadian copyright law into compliance with the current WIPO treaty (this despite their being no international legal obligation to implement WIPO - it hasn’t been ratified by Canada).
